I know one of my tracks was purchased from a store recently, but I don’t see the money reflected in my account. Why?

You can view the activity period for sales included in reporting for a given month by going to the Accounting tab in Dashboard and clicking on “Activity Period” under Revenue Detail.

Digital service providers (DSPs) typically report sales for a given month in the following month.  For example, sales activity occurring in December are typically received by the Benz Network from DSPs in the month of January.

Benz Network in turn then processes upon payment from the DSP and  issues payment according to your contract.
