Why am I seeing resolutions in Conflict Manager for only some of the territories that were in conflict for a particular track?

A conflicting party may choose to release their rights claim on a subset of a group of territories in conflict. When this happens, we will continue to work with the conflicting party until they release their erroneous claim on the other territories in conflict, but convincing them sometimes requires you to provide us with additional legal documentation.
